Trobotics 2023 Team Demographics

Six employees founded Trobotics, Inc., in 2006. We registered 32 employees for 2022, which includes 20 boys and 12 girls. Our labor pool pulls from the 177 students in 6th through 12th grades at Athens Bible School. As an equal opportunity school, we welcome and encourage diversity of culture and thought. Our application process to the school includes a chance to self-identify racial status; however many opt out of this opportunity making it difficult to quantify. We remove financial barriers for anyone wishing to attend by offering work scholarships and Trojan Assist scholarships made possible by donors.

All candidates from grades 6 through 12 are welcome to join our company. No experience is necessary. Each employee goes through extensive training so we can bring you a workforce that you can trust.

We are led by a Board of Directors made up of department Leads from Business Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, Programming, Testing, Marketing, and Outreach.
